Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. ShieldProX reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless expressly prohibited by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and timely feedback necessary for project execution. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and project costs.

ShieldProX treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShieldProX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our website or services.
